Ignition, which deals with religious trauma and struggles, begins with Fire and represents Summer. Meant to be a depiction of the overwhelming yet almost peaceful rage that come with religious trauma and persecution. As well as the feeling of release that comes with leaving organized religion.

Perception flows through the feelings of queer love and misinterpretation of emotion, using Air and Autumn. It's flowing form is illustrative of the freedom of love and queer joy. Specifically focusing on how these emotions are misinterpreted by non-queer individuals, who persecute us for our love.

Dissolution, dealing with Water, and inflective of Winter, is meant to explore deep sorrows and depression. It's colder tones are meant to reflect the inescapable subtle sorrows and nostalgia that can take hold of your life at any moment. Color graded with blues and purple to reflect the way depression can paint your world and linger in the background of life.

The story ends with Regrowth, representing Earth, Spring and the desire to begin a new life. From rising above the withering garden of an old season, to growing towards the light into a new chapter of life.
